Rob Cohen
Chief Executive Officer
Rob Cohen is a firm believer in the power of healthcare as a catalyst for positive change and is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Prior to joining Livara, Rob was the CEO at Bamboo Health, where he led the company’s national expansion from 25 states to 45 states and was responsible for rapid revenue growth in new product lines and new market segments. Prior to Bamboo, Rob served as Market President at Evolent Health where he was responsible for market growth and managed the P&L and operations for partnerships with health systems. Prior to Evolent, Rob held leadership roles with Healthways, Wellpoint, The Walt Disney Company, and McKinsey & Company.
Kamshad Raiszadeh, MD
Chief Medical Officer & Founder
Dr. Raiszadeh’s passion for non-operative treatment began with the realization that advanced core strengthening techniques could help patients avoid unnecessary surgery. Over his 28-year career as an orthopedic surgeon, he has observed a significant increase in patients opting for surgical solutions to musculoskeletal pain, often without achieving lasting relief. This led him to focus on improving and standardizing non-operative treatments and guiding patients toward better decision-making regarding surgical intervention. By combining the best aspects of non-operative care in an empowering, multidisciplinary atmosphere, he has helped tens of thousands maximize their body’s healing capacity, resulting in fewer patients needing surgery and better outcomes for those who did.
Dr. Raiszadeh has published papers on non-operative treatment methods, specifically in virtual care and the beneficial effects of muscle strengthening in improving pain and preventing surgery. He is also the author of Take Back Control, a guide for pain sufferers to maximize their body’s healing capacity and avoid unnecessary injections and surgery.
Nikki Fetter, MD
Chief Strategic and Clinical Operations Officer
Dr. Nicole Fetter received her Medical Doctorate from Duke University School of medicine and trained as an Orthopedic Surgeon. She has worked in healthcare consulting for the past 12 years including time at McKinsey & Company, Evolent Health and Guidehouse. She has a passion for population health and has worked with healthcare systems, hospitals and physician groups on a variety of value-based care models including Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) and various bundle payment models.
Jason Goodhand
Head of Product
Jason is a seasoned product leader with 15 years of experience driving product-market fit and sustainable growth. His passion is building new businesses that improve the health of people and the planet. As Head of Product for several startups, Jason has assembled and led high performing teams building great product. Prior to joining Livara, Jason led product teams for Fern Health, AbleTo and Exos.
Patrick Pena
Chief Technology Officer
Patrick is a seasoned engineering leader who is passionate about building team culture, delivering impactful products, and driving organizational change. As a Director of Engineering at CLEAR, he led the Virtual Queuing engineering department. He started a leadership development program, piloted an operational excellence program, and led teams to develop CLEAR’s HealthPass product. Patrick is also an Everwise mentor, and a published writer, with a focus on leadership development, and communication skills. His mission is to empower engineering teams to create innovative solutions that improve the lives of millions of people.
Lissa Taitano, PT, DPT, OCS
Director of Clinical Operations
Lissa graduated from the University of Saint Augustine with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She is an orthopaedic clinical specialist and her passion for patient care has led to the management and consultation of over 4,000 patient care journeys. As a leader with a strong history in change management and performance improvement, she has demonstrated a proven track record in developing, implementing and monitoring highly successful value based care models for in person, hybrid and virtual care settings.
